Ritunjay has acted for global corporations, financial institutions, investment intermediaries, startups, and HNIs before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, tribunals, and international arbitral institutions such as SIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA, and DIAC. His expertise spans industries including finance, technology, energy, automobiles, construction, and hospitality, with a particular focus on shareholders’ and investment disputes, insolvency resolution, debt enforcement, construction arbitration, unfair & prohibited trade practices, contract enforcement, oppression & mismanagement claims and corporate restructuring schemes.

Before founding Vidvat Legal in August 2023, Ritunjay was associated with J. Sagar Associates, Delhi and CMS Induslaw, Delhi, handling some of India’s most complex legal matters.
